Nah. If hcid is running, it'll bring up the new device when it
appears. Just make sure it _is_ running by default.
Currently, /etc/init.d/bluetooth start don't work unless I have the usb
plugged in. But, when you plug it in, sdp, et al don't start. There's
gotta be a way around this.
