In some ways we are, in other aspects we are not. Drawing conclusions
from your experience with Google Earth without real understanding is a
mistake.
That's completely true. But again I'm not even sure this is something that:
a) can be fixed on rpm level
b) is other than a policy issue
All in all I think this is something that should be brought to FESCO (maybe
proposed as a Fedora Feature?) before anything else.
