adding speech installation to fedora network installation image

Hello,
I’m new blind user of fedora 30. I couldn’t find where to post this request. I have small
pendrive, and I must use network installer. Howewer orca or speakup doesn’t run on it.
Could you add speech to the installer?
Sorry for my English, i’m from Poland
