Did anyone receive a reply back from Axel on this?
as the mail-load issue presents itself and is detected, it
seems fair to add a process to devnull when email rejects go
over 5 days lag, and drop a note on the FAS for that account
Possibly also flag for a 'no longer active' maintainer' review
