yeah, please don't just drop it. if anyone wants to work with me/openQA
upstream/both to port it to something else, great, but we do need to
cover that usage.
OpenCV can definitely be built _without_ JPEG 2000 support. I'm not
sure how much of a loss that would be. I see that Debian is dropping
JasPer — and looks like that's what they decided to do. (See

note, we do have this update installed on all the openQA boxes, and
they're all working perfectly fine.
Probably because openQA is unlikely to use JPEG 2000.
