So what? On Fedora /bin/sh is bash, and bash is a fine shell.
All this nonsense of using dash for /bin/sh on Debian is IMO a
pointless bunch of make-work.

the bash shell unless a different language has been specified.
It talks about scriptlets, but both scriptlets and build scripts invoke
the very same /bin/sh so the guarantee holds for both.
