This affects pstoedit, which supports a fairly large dependency tree via
autotrace and fontforge. I suggest dropping ming support from pstoedit.
I'm doing the same for wxmacmolplt.
ming upstream is unresponsive and there are several CVEs open for more
than a year. On top of that, it doesn't build against PHP 8. That last
part could be worked around by not building the PHP plugin, but I didn't
have time or use for this package anymore, so I orphaned it.
