Sounds like you may have had your first experience with ksecrets, and that
it didn't work. As a matter of fact, we've found that it fails to function
properly in many scendarios, and have opted to not install it by default
anymore.
Your easiest fix is probably:
yum remove ksecrets

is KSecret, the KDE wallet?
