Or `mock --bootstrap-chroot`, which build in two stages. First install small root with
DNF from e.g. F29 and then will
use this DNF to install the final chroot.
The scenario should be actually "First install small root with YUM from
e.g. F29 (and it should says EPEL actually) and then will use this YUM
to install the final chroot." and as far as I remember, this have newer
really worked:
