OCaml in Rawhide update (was: Re: rawhide report: 20140801 changes)

Both of these are now rebuilt. They were blocking about 10 other packages.
And now the bad news:
I have just pushed another OCaml beta to Rawhide, because it contains
another aarch64 code generation fix. This will require another rebuild.
I'm going to handle everything here (which is mostly just a matter of
babysitting my script[1]).
