I think that seems realistic. It'd be good to aim for being on
infrastructure koji for the end of F19 - if we can have an ARM build of
F19 that's pretty much in lockstep with the PAs, it makes the argument
for promotion in F20 very straightforward.
I would like to be on infrastructure just after F19 branches for
building of F-20. F-19 builds are catching up, we've had some issues
with texlive and eclipse which has impacted the tree somewhat but
we're moving forward again so should be caught up again soon.
