What the heck?! We're disabling systemd's main feature there, aren't we?
Wasn't the main design concept behind systemd the observation that
everything can be parallelized most effectively by on-demand activation?

The mysqld problems would be solved by socket-activation
whoever dcided that socket-activation is not wanted should recognize
that he ha sno technical qualification to decide anything and si forcong
maintainers to play around with wait-tricks for services like mysqld - IDIOTIC
again:
systemd in F15 has not a single benfit for anybody, is making only troubles
which are MAYBE solved in F16 or F17 or even F18
