Non-responsive Maintainer: roma

Hi,

We have some changes needed in php-getid3

Despite various try to contact the maintainer (roma) on bugzilla and
direct email, we got no answer

Last login in FAS:
   roma 2015-06-11

Last build on Koji:
   2015-05-30 08:56:04

Last package update on bodhi:
   2015-05-30 08:56:20 on package xpaint-2.9.10.3-2.fc22

I'm willing to take ownership of this package.

I've used my provenpackager power to run the update in all the branches.
