Getting Started as it will make this guide bigger than it needs to be.

I am starting to reconsider if it is worthwhile to document docker in
our guides. The docker documentation at their site is great. I wonder if
my effort could be better spent on a different guide?
Maybe something on Container / Docker administration and management?
