You need to have livecd-tools installed from Yum. Not sure if that was
in the doc.

The issue is that documentation says you need to install
liveusb-creator but has the instructions for using livecd-tools.
GUI tools is very intuitive so I would prefer to alter the
documentation so that is shows how to use liveusb-creator and not
livecd-tools but use your own judgement what is better.
