New Docs FAS Members

I suggest we add the following folks to the Docs FAS Group:

Eduard Lucena (x3mboy)
Sean Assam (sassam)

I am going from weak memory so please feel free to nominate others.

Assuming they are both OK with and there are no objections, I'll add them
on 25 April.

I'm interested in helping with reviewing docs PRs and contributions to
community-oriented docs, like for sub-projects. I may be able to help
sometimes on quick-docs.

I'm not sure if FAS group access is a pre-requirement for this.

If not, I am vested in helping other sub-projects move and migrate their
content to the docs site and I'm happy to help with reviewing those
contributions to offer feedback.

I failed to clarify that the FAS group really just conveys merge rights.

Do people think we need an "interested parties" FAS and a separate
"mergers
FAS".   This would really mean cleaning up at least one more of the at
least 3 docs FAS groups that exist :D

wrt the 'interested parties' question,  I'd say yes but in a fashion
more like the respins, whereas there is respins-sig and then for playing
with the seeders/builders is hosted-content


Also I'd be interested in being added to one or both groups

No, I think it's easier to have fewer groups. It might help to make the
existing group's purpose more clear by editing the description / join
criteria inside of FAS.

I'm not sure if community / sub-project docs fit into the scope of
needing merge rights to assist. Is this correct?

Although the goal, of course, is for each the actual subprojects to own
their own spaces -- just for the Council to oversee the top level.
