I really appreciate your efforts to gather more detailed info
about some special food needs and please keep it on. But also
please don't worry. If somebody tells the hotel staff about their
special needs will they be able to accommodate the same day?
Maybe yes, maybe no. Will they be able to accommodate the next
day? I can't tell for sure but probably yes. If somebody is left
without the proper food are we able to take them to another
restaurant, order some boxed food by the phone, take them to
a grocery store and buy whatever they need? I believe the
answer is "yes".
So, again, please don't stop your current efforts but also
please keep in mind that in case of a problem there's probably
a workaround.
