First usable Docu hot to install Fedora Server VM online

I’ve just uploaded a version of the Server VM installation guide with complete CLI description:

The image beta file is available at https://pboy.fedorapeople.org/Fedora-Server-KVM-37.x86_64.qcow2. Hopefully it will get included on the get fedora page with the next Beta.

Please, check the documentation and test the VM disk image.
