Display Cockpit URL on VT

Hi guys,

I've written the necessary code to display the Cockpit URL on the VT
terminals of Fedora Server. The last piece necessary was tracking
address changes:

And filed these bugs:

This is a change I'd like to get into Fedora 23. I want to reduce the
amount of times that people log into systems (eg: libvirt VMs) just to
type 'ip addr'

OK, I'll work on getting this implemented, but how do we want this to
appear?
