I managed to install AdbeRdr9.5.5-1_i486linux_enu.rpm and it works
correctly.
First:
dnf install libidn1.34-1.34-1.fc29.i686
Then,
rpm -ivh --force AdbeRdr9.5.5-1_i486linux_enu.rpm
YMMV & fyi,
