Doing an NFS install does let you use the graphical installer.  We use
NFS installs daily.

To do the graphical installer,

'linux askmethod' at boot time.

To do a text installer,

'linux askmethod text' at boot time.

If you use NFS, you don't even have to do the loopback mount.  The
installer will handle that for you.

I'm not sure anymore, but I believe the last time I read up on the
installer, the NFS method would allow you to use the graphical
installer whereas the FTP and HTTP methods would not.  I could be
wrong on that though, so corrections are welcome.

And if you prefer the text mode install it's a moot point.  I used to
prefer the text mode, but I do the graphical now since it seems to
work quite well and I figure that it gets more testing.

I don't do them *that* often, but NFS installs are what I use mostly.
Long ago I did some FTP and HTTP installs.  It's those that I'm unsure
of whether you can a graphical install with.  :)
