Hi
I would like to know if there is anyway to mount the SD in a Tungsten E.
I just have windows installed to send the mp3 from RealOne desktop to my
palm. I tried to do a "mount -t auto(and vfat) /dev/sda1 /mnt/palm" but
it didn't work.
Would a card reader do the trick?
If I understand you correctly, you're trying to mount an SD card which
is installed in your Tungsten E by plugging the Palm into a USB port and
issuing a mount command like you're mounting a USB mass-storage device,
correct?
This won't work. The Palm doesn't present the card slot in this manner,
and won't do without special software installed on it (the Palm). I
don't know of any software that does this.
So, in answer to your question, yes, a card reader would do the trick.
But your Tungsten E isn't a card reader :-)
