python3-xml2rfc-2.5.2-4.fc28.noarch : The python3 tools to convert IETF RFC-2629

Matched from:

Are you saying version 2.5.2 is too old for you to use?
Lots of important changes from that version.
If so, then use the pip install method (maybe use --user option)
which will install
xml2rfc 2.9.6.
Got that.
Did this for years, but finally moved to the local installed version.
It is faster plus I can work on an airplane...
Again, thanks.
