Been there. On adobe reader 10.1 for windows
-------
"No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part
of the main; if a clod be washed away by the sea, the World is less, as well as if a
promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friends or of thine own were; any man's
death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind; and therefore never send to know
for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee."

When I attempt to print from Acrobat Reader, I can print all pages
or
the current page. But, an entering "4-5" in the "print only
pages...."
box on the print dialog generates a 0K job in the print queue that is
stuck in the "processing" state.
Works for me, no problems here.
