How to fix : GPG key retrivial failed

Hi,
I cannot finish the installation of VLC 'because in my computer there' is
not the key GCG.

The *command*:* sudo install VLC* ends with the error message:


GPG key retrieval failed: [Errno 14] curl # 37 - "Could not open file / etc
/ pki / rpm-gpg / RPM-GPG-KEY-RPMFusion-free-fedora-21"

to my knowledge, it should be, in the / etc / pki / rpm-gpg, the file
/ RPM-GPG-KEY-RPMFusion-free-fedora-21 (which has the encryption key
required for installation).

I do not know the reason, but I didn't get this file, and currently the
installation can not 'be completed ...

May some one sais me *how I can find and import this file* (/
RPM-GPG-KEY-RPMFusion-free-fedora-21) on my computer??

This is really the wrong list for this question.  The rpmfusion list 
would be the better place.  I'm guessing you downloaded the rpm from 
somewhere and are trying to install it locally.  Are you really on 
Fedora 21?  You should go to the rpmfusion site and install the release 
file from there first.  Then you can install those packages using dnf.

Actually, looking closer at what you wrote, unless you wrote it wrong, I 
don't know what you're doing.  But anyway, follow my previous instructions.

I tried this installation several weeks before and now I don't it remember
exactly how it begun, but very *probably I downloaded the file and I
installed locally as you say.*

I have Fedora 21 and.
if I try : sudo yum install vlc

to uninstall and after  to make again the installation.

At some point did you follow the instructions here http://rpmfusion.org/Configuration to
install the rpmfusion-nonfree-release and rpmfusion-free-release rpms for your version of
Fedora?

I've got F23 installed, but that doesn't erase the previous version's keys,
and the
description says....

So, you are saying me that I can solve the problem installing the
repository ?

In my case I should give the following command line :

su -c 'yum install --nogpgcheck http://download1.rpmfusion.org/
free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-$(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm
http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/rpmfusion-nonfree-release-$
(rpm -E %fedora).noarch.rpm'

Yes, that is what I'm saying.....   You've passed over the step that would have
installed
the rpmfusion keys on your system.

But this install only the non-free repository...

First of all check to see, verify, that only the one is installed....

rpm -qa | grep rpmfusion

Assuming only the one is installed you can manually download the free version with the
link

http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/rpmfusion-free-release-21.noar...

And manually install it using yum

yum install ./rpmfusion-free-release-21.noarch.rpm

What version of Fedora are you running? 

AFAIK, the rpmfusion rpms will install the keys for the version noted in their names  The
keys will remain for the older version as you upgrade.  If you installed
rpmfusion-free-release-22 at some point but not rpmfusion-free-release-21 then the keys
for F22 will be present but not F1.

So, if you're running F21 I'd uninstall rpmfusion-free-release-22-1.noarch and
install
rpmfusion-free-release-21.noarch.rpm

That means that the file rpmfusion-free-release-21.noarch.rpm,
that now is in the directory  /home Downloads

produce  the creation of the file RPM-GPG-KEY-rpmfusion-free-fedora-21
inside the directory /etc/pki/rpm-gpg.

You could try
"yum downgrade rpmfusion-free-release-21.noarch.rpm"
but if that doesn't work, you will have to do
"yum remove rpmfusion-free-release"
first and then do the install.  This is because you have a newer version 
of the release file already installed and you need the older one.
