those with the 4.14 kernel number, remove those packages too.
Why are you suggesting that he remove those kernel packages? If that's
the only kernel that shows up on his boot menu, he won't be able to
start Fedora again without a lot of trouble. dnf will automatically
remove the oldest kernel package, there's no need to do it manually.
