S means wrong size, ? means it could not be opened for verification.
The file exists and is owned by root, I ran rpm as root. So I am
confused. Has something to do with prelink?
You can delete the temporary file that is marked with #prelink# and
prelink the library manually. If that doesn't help with rpm -VV, yes,
you could reinstall the file as a last resort.
