dconf-editor bug?

Hi all,

Using f20, gnome3.

Appears to be a bug in dconf-editor-0.18.0-2.fc20.

Drilling down:

org->gnome->desktop->wm->preferences: *auto-raise* has no effect.

Targeted window receives focus but doesn't raise to the top when mouse 
or sloppy is selected.

If somebody else verifies it I'll bz it.

The bug would be in mutter or gnome-shell. Dconf-editor just changes the
setting. It is up to other parts to respond to it. Could you also see if
there is a setting in gnome-tweak-tool? Sometimes settings change
locations, so wondering if that is the case here. If not, bz.
