Is anyone able to watch the video that goes with these links? I cant and am
wondering if it is just my linux installation...

I can play them but they put my cpu to maximum speed.

I can see them fine. Are you 1. using linux x86, and 2. installed the 
flash player RPM from http://macromedia.mplug.org ?
