There's probably a tool to do it but if you don't mind doing it manually
just change the symbolic link to the display manager you want:
$ pwd
/etc/systemd/system
$ ll | grep display
lrwxrwxrwx. 1 root root 35 Jan 20 2013 display-manager.service ->
/usr/lib/systemd/system/gdm.service
