[Errno 4] IOError: <urlopen error (-2, 'Name or service not known')>
Trying other mirror.

failure: repodata/repomd.xml from base: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
what's wrong with that?
Yum had a problem accessing the repo that you configured for "base".
(Perhaps the repo was busy or down.) Yum, then, tried to use an
alternate repo; however, there were no other mirrors defined in
/etc/yum.conf or in /etc/yum.repos.d. The solution is to enable
alternate mirrors for "base" in yum.conf or
/etc/yum.repos.d/fedora.repo.
