#3030: Anti spam-bot question should generate warning if page edit saved without answering question -------------------------+-------------------------------------------------- Reporter: philipp | Owner: webmaster Type: bug | Status: new Priority: trivial | Milestone: Fedora 16 Component: Web Content | Version: Severity: Trivial | Keywords: wiki -------------------------+-------------------------------------------------- = phenomenon =
When editing a Wiki page, there's a question at the top of the page asking a simple question to prove one's a person and not a spambot. If you make an edit and try to save it without answering this question, then the "save" button just brings you back to the same page without a warning.

The page should reload but with the anti-spambot question highlighted in red.

We use:
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:ConfirmEdit
To do this. Would you be willing to make that suggestion to them, then we could pick it up once they have updated. We would like to avoid local development changes of the plugin if possible.
