Hi

I wanted to join Fedora's translating team, but through Windows. I
followed the link "Translating Fedora in Microsoft Windows for more
information.", but the website said the file could not be found or has
been moved.

I want to join the fedora contributors, but my obligations only allow me
to use Windows.

Sorry to have taken so long, but I hadn't seen this message until now.
I found and fixed this link on the wiki, and also updated the target
content on the web site as well.  It should be live within an hour.
