Unable to download liberation fonts tarball

Hello,

I'm trying to download the liberation fonts tarball via 
https://fedorahosted.org/releases/l/i/liberation-fonts/liberation-fonts-1... 
but the server responds with a 403 error.

If you need any other information from me to diagnose the problem, let

I see that all but one of the liberation fonts releases has permissions
set so only the owner can read.  cchance, was this just an oversight on
your part?

mmcgrath, should we make it so files in /releases/ are always mode 0644
in the future?
