Regarding the status of fedora free media request

I requested for  fedora9   x86  DVD  by  submitting  the  Fedora Free Media Request Form 
of the month of October 2008.I am also attaching my request information, please see it. 
I  want  to know  whether my request  is  accepted or not.  Please  reply at the
earliest..
