F8 Test 1 is coming out soon, so it's a good time to start preparing our
static pages for F8.  I've currently copied the F7 static pages,
basically replacing 7s with 8s in text, links, etc.  We should probably
start updating the few old images/references (working with the
art/marketing teams a bit) and think about any general improvements that
we can still make.

For the website update, we currently have the following website-related
tickets open in Trac:

The current F-8 pages should show up at http://fedoraproject.org/_/ in a
