[fedora-websites] Issue #697: www.fedoraproject.org/wiki incorrectly redirects to getfedora.org/wiki

For example, try https://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Council. I know we don't normally
use such links ourselves, but people are used to that `www` prefix, and I know there are
incoming links pointing to it in the wild.

I find it very frustrating that the slightest typo in trying to access the wiki tends to
land me on the getfedora.org site.  I hope we can find a way to clean this up.

These are two different kinds of use cases. Actually we have in pace several redirects for
the old fedoraproject.org website.

* We have specific redirects from old pages we rewrote in getfedora, like sponsors, keys,
verify etc.
* We use another master template for building the website, applying a generic redirect to
getfedora for any page which will get you to the index. 
* If you have a typo in the wiki it should not redirect you to getfedora, but fall back to
the index and ask you if you want to create a new page.
* I don't know how many people still type the www prefix (I don't, even for
websites where it is required...), but I see this as a possible issue. We could think
about another specific redirect for www URLs to non-www URL, this way if you type
https://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Council you should get to
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Council

@kevin any other option?

Other issue happening in the wiki (I'm not sure if is a bug or a feature) is that
pages get empty if you finish the URL with /
e.g.: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Ambassadors/
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Council/

@x3mboy generally you should *never* use a trailing slash in a website URL, because it
indicates a directory, while if you leave it away, it is a file.
Normally, if you write the URL without the trailing slash and you mean a directory, the
webserver will redirect you to the right page, or better, add the slash for you and go to
the index.html of that directory. The other way around, if you add the slash and you mean
a file instead, the webserver will not find this directory, but he won't even look out
for a corresponding file, which will result in a 404.
