I don't think there is no single person in charge for wiki.
Although, fedora-websites-list[1] is maintain by Karsten, Patrick, Rahul and me.
Who also happened to be very active in the wiki with among others.

Someone's offering to re-work the look and feel of the wiki (as well as 
the account system and a few other things for the infrastructure team).  
Is it ok if I give her free reign?

No Thomas, its not Diana Fong.
The name is Máirín Duffy, and from what i understand he is a UI pro and
works (also) for redhat :)
