Hum? rpm and yum in the mock chroot are the versions from RHEL/CentOS
when you are building against those. Perhaps I am not parsing what you
are saying here.
Right. Nico is asserting that building packages for modern Fedora on RHEL or CentOS is
difficult and unreliable. Building packages for RHEL or CentOS on modern Fedora is
trivial.
