It is unambiguous: the default web browser is launched. This is a
task-oriented philosophy instead of application-oriented.
In the same vein, the menu option titled "Word Processor" will launch OOo
Writer and Movie Player will launch Totem, it is not a discrimination
against Firefox.

Perhaps the htmlview icon could somehow be "symlinked" to the icon for
whichever browser is default. So the user sees the Firefox icon .. or
Mozilla, or whichever they have configured as default.
