It's exceptionally difficult and unreliable for RHEL or CentOS to build packages for
current or recent releases with "mock" or other chroot cage tool kits. Too many
non-backwards compatible changes in RPM and yum.
I use mock and a recent Fedora to build packages for RHEL, especially to test EPEL
compatibility.

I'm sorry, I'm newbie in Fedora community.
I thought as I'm building my packages as for Fedora as for EL (using Fedora
infrastructure) and trying to make special spin for Fedora - I can ask here "how to
create spin for EL".
