Hi Adam! Welcome! We're in flux as we are slowing developing a new
documentation system. I think the most useful thing to do right now in
working on the iptables documentation you are interested in is:

* write it in AsciiDoc (http://asciidoc.org/)

* put it in a git repo somewhere on (http://pagure.io/)

Then, we can figure out how to get it into the new system.
