updates from FDSCo meeting 03-Oct-2006

Highlights:

* Tommy is going to research migrating the WUI for i18n.r.c, as well as
consult/help on the CVS migration involved

* Hugo is going to lead the task to get Fedora Documentation and Fedora
Translation processes, technology, and communities working together
correctly before FC7 test1.

These projects are interdependent. :)
