Not necessarily. If you plan a series articles which aim at a common
topic, you need an overall plan even more. But I suppose, the thread
"doc ideas, dream big" opened by Karsten, may discuss this. So I will
add some remarks over there.

Thanks - this was very helpful. The main page and the New Writers page
have now been restructured.
