I think this version of mailman wasn't so great to upgrade to when

I keep unsubscribing that account, but the person keeps re-joining.
With the new version of Mailman there is no way to ban or
disallow an account. However, Aurélien Bompard is currently
working on a capability for that, to be ready in the near future.
