Stupid oversight on my part. I'm fixing this with Patrick as we
speak. We'll commute all the existing sizes to "Mens <whatever>,"
then let registrants know they can edit to choose the correct size
once the list is fixed.
I don't know whether we have a vendor identified yet, but if so Ruth
reminded me also we should get a sizing chart URL up as well.

(1) The registration form is fixed.
(2) I contacted Jiří Eischmann about the Central European vendor he
used for other recent events, as we'd likely use that vendor since we
have good experience. So hopefully I'll have sizing info shortly.
(3) I made up an email template and Patrick Uiterwijk will help us
email out a notice to all registrants so they can refer to the sizing
info and update registration as needed.
