I remember we discussed that once ago. One criterion at the time was
how we could reach as many as possible in the simplest and best way.

It is unclear to me how pagure solves this better. Instead of reading
the mailing list they would have to check pagure regularly. Or they
would have to watch pagure issues, and then they would also receive a
mail from pagure. Or am I missing something?
I immediately see an advantage if we create one ticket per topic.
Especially for longer running work, which is the miserable ticket #32
& #48
Yup! One ticket per topic, so you can track any needed follow-ups there
And we need a ticket if we need / want a voting.
To allow
voting to happen async, yes, you'd need it
But if we create a ticket for each meeting, aren't we cluttering up
pagure?
I don't think we need a ticket for the entire meeting either. Just
tag
the tickets we want to discuss at the next meeting with a 'meeting'
tag, then untag them once they are discussed.

I have no qualms about using either. I think it is important to
spread the information as widely as possible and sensibly. We can
start with the next meeting. I would just like to have a clear goal
and procedure to follow.
I agree. And I think posting the call for agenda items in
an email to
the list, but directing people to Pagure, would give us the best of
both worlds:
- you remind people to file items, like now
- but people who have something to bring up earlier don't have to wait
for this email
PS apologies for the extended absence, just came back from parental
leave
Best,
