I would guess you have a PHP error. What happens when you try "/usr/sbin/httpd -k start" ?
(nothing)
Also, investigate the output of:
php -m
PHP Warning: Function registration failed - duplicate name - count in Unknown on line 0 PHP Warning: sipwitch: Unable to register functions, unable to load in Unknown on line 0 Muistialueen ylitys (core dumped)
Disable those PHP modules one by one by moving the files to <filename>.ini.disabled and keep running "php -m" until it no longer segfaults. The last file you disabled is the PHP module which is segfaulting. I would start with sqlite3.ini, then sipwitch.ini as likely candidates.
