I wouldn't do this. If swap is needed, then swap is needed.
While vfs_cache_pressure = 50 is the standard, swappiness set to 1 does not mean that the kernel won't swap. In fact, it even swaps when set to 0. It's a matter of taste and use if you want to get rid of unused pages in your memory faster or not.
