Disable those PHP modules one by one by moving the files to <filename>.ini.disabled and keep running "php -m" until it no longer segfaults. The last file you disabled is the PHP module which is segfaulting. I would start with sqlite3.ini, then sipwitch.ini as likely candidates.

OK, you've done it Sam! Thank you. After disabling files sqlite3.ini and sipwitch.ini I've started httpd successfully and now everything seems to be working. But I wonder what caused those errors? Is it bug in one of those modules? Should it be reported and where if yes? Am I loosing something with those modules disabled?
